My bathroom isn't huge. Does this apply?

The guide applies to any bathroom. We take on full remodels of primary and hall bathrooms, and the questions are the same either way.

What does a custom bathroom cost, and how do payments work?

Full remodels start at $25,000. You get one fixed price after the design visit, not a range. Payments are tied to finished stages: the deposit is never more than a third, and the last payment comes after the final walkthrough with you.

How long does it actually take?

A full bathroom remodel usually runs five to six weeks on site, once your tile and fixtures have arrived. That includes inspections, cure time for the tile and the wait for shower glass. Your start and finish dates are written into the contract.

What if you open the walls and find something unexpected?

We check the usual older-home problems at the first visit and price them in. If we open a wall and find damage nobody could have seen, like a rotted joist, we stop, show you photos and give you a written price. That work happens only after you sign off on it.
